Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Volkswurst website and our food truck, catering and related services.

Quotes

Quotes are based on your event details and are valid for the period stated, or for 30 days when no period is stated.

Bookings and deposits

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and date.

The balance is payable 7 days before the Event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment by [INSERT PAYMENT METHODS]. Card payments may attract a surcharge reflecting our processing costs.

Changes to a booking

Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the Event. The final invoice will be based on the higher of the confirmed numbers or the actual numbers catered for.
