Breakfast Express — $19pp
Quick & Easy. One Sausage, Bacon & Egg Breakfast Roll per guest — a hearty breakfast roll loaded with your choice of German sausage (Bratwurst, Smoky Kransky or Chilli-Cheese Kransky), bacon & fried egg, cheese, grilled onion & sauerkraut and German mustard & sauces, served in a fresh bread roll. Quick, hot and filling — ideal when you need to feed a group without slowing down the morning.
Full Breakfast — $29pp
Complete Hot Breakfast. One complete breakfast per guest: your choice of German sausage (Bratwurst, Smoky Kransky or Chilli-Cheese Kransky), bacon & fried egg, hash brown & grilled mushrooms, baked beans & grilled tomato, cheese, grilled onion & sauerkraut, fresh bread roll and German mustard & sauces.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available with advance notice.
Optional extras: Fresh German Pretzels — $7 each. Cold bottled drinks available.
Setup: Breakfast is cooked fresh on site from our vintage VW Kombi, or if Kombi access isn't practical, we can bring our own portable BBQ and cooking equipment and cook from a suitable outdoor area.

Breakfast Catering FAQs
Do minimum spends apply?
Yes. Our minimum booking spend is $1,100 from Monday to Friday and $1,650 on Saturdays, Sundays and NSW public holidays. The minimum spend covers your selected food and drinks and is not an additional fee.
Is breakfast catering available for weddings?
Yes. Breakfast catering is ideal for wedding mornings, bridal parties, guests staying at a venue, wedding brunches and morning-after recovery breakfasts.
Do you do barista coffee as well?
No, but we can put you in touch with a local coffee van that may be able to assist.
